Can I order these prices in your physical store, by email, phone, or social media?

No – these aggressively reduced prices and free delivery are exclusive to CanvasMalta.com only. They are made possible by our 100% automated, self-service website. Orders placed by email, phone, Facebook, Instagram, or in-store are handled by Gozo Graphics and priced at normal rates.

Why are the prices so much lower than Gozo Graphics?

Same factory, same materials, same quality – but CanvasMalta.com is fully automated and only offers the most popular sizes. This removes overheads and lets us pass massive savings directly to you.

Is the quality the same as Gozo Graphics?

100 % identical – same 280 gsm canvas, same HP Latex inks, same hand-stretched frames, same team inspecting every print.

Upload & Preview

Will my photo be edited or enhanced?

No. We print exactly what you see in the live preview – no automatic adjustments, no cropping, no colour correction. What you approve is what you get.

What happens if I leave white borders/margins?

They will be printed exactly as shown in the preview (white space included).

What about the edges of the canvas?

All canvases are finished with mirrored edges only – the image is reflected on the sides for a clean, frameless gallery look. No other edge options (stretched, solid colour, or black/white) are available on CanvasMalta.com.

What file types and resolution do you recommend?

JPG or PNG, minimum 150 DPI at the chosen size (300 DPI ideal). Mobile photos usually work perfectly from A5 to 90×60 cm.

What sizes are available?

45×30 cm, 60×40 cm, 75×50 cm, 90×60 cm, 120×80 cm – the most popular sizes that allow us to keep prices this low.

Can I order other sizes or panoramic formats?

Not on CanvasMalta.com. For different sizes or formats, please visit GozoGraphics.com (standard pricing applies).

Delivery & Shipping

How much is delivery?

Always FREE – Malta & Gozo, every order, no minimum.

How long does delivery take?

7–10 working days from the moment you place your order. During peak season (November–December) it can occasionally reach 10–12 days.

Can I get express or next-day delivery?

No rush options are available on CanvasMalta.com.

Will my canvas arrive ready to hang?

Yes – every canvas includes a built-in hanging system.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Revolut (secure & instant).

Why does the receipt say Gozo Graphics?

CanvasMalta.com is a division of Gozo Graphics Ltd. All orders are processed and invoiced by the same trusted Maltese company.

Returns & Problems

What if my canvas arrives damaged?

Can I return my canvas if I don’t like it?

Because every print is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We can only replace defective or damaged items.
